THE Time and Motion Studies (False Walls / fw05)
A
Chicago label presents us with some very jagged, experimental tracks
by Molar, made up of Jim Goodspeed, Matthew Johnson, and Lars Fischer.
The group doesn't discriminate between the torn sounds of rubberbands,
crumbling granite cliffs of synth orgies, and short staccato tracks.
They core through their own world of sound as if they could produce
anything from the Hoover Dam to microelectronics in their studio.
Some parts are exciting but sometimes also a little overstrung.
